Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the data you enter on this site. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Through the order forms: a name and a phone number, plus the market the form belongs to and, where present, a campaign identifier from the URL you arrived on. Nothing else. There is no address field, no email field and no payment field on this site.
Technical data handled by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving the site: IP address, user agent and the approximate country derived from the IP address. The country is used to suggest the correct local page.
Why we collect it and who receives it
The name and phone number exist for one purpose: so that the local distributor for your market can call you back, confirm the order and arrange delivery. The data is transmitted to that distributor and to the affiliate network that routes the order for the market in question.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is the performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Submissions that fail to reach the distributor are retained for up to seven days so they can be recovered manually, then deleted. A short-lived record of a phone number is kept for fifteen minutes to prevent a duplicate order being placed twice.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Two small pieces of local state are used: a cookie recording the country you chose, so the automatic redirect does not override you, and browser storage recording that you dismissed the country suggestion. Both live in your browser and are not sent anywhere else.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data associated with your phone number. Write to hello@matchaslim360.com with the number you used and we will act on it. If the order has already been passed to a distributor, we will tell you who received it so you can address them directly.
