How it is used
One serving a day, dissolved in about 150 ml of hot water. Water off the boil rather than boiling — around 80 °C — because boiling water makes matcha bitter within seconds.

How the two names split across the map
The split is not random — it follows trademark availability market by market, which is why it looks arbitrary from the outside. Nine markets carry the Matcha Slim name and four carry Matcha Suri, and the two groups do not correspond to language: Spain, Peru and Ecuador are Spanish-speaking Matcha Slim markets, while Mexico, Puerto Rico, El Salvador and the Spanish-speaking United States are Matcha Suri markets.
