Orders are fulfilled by the local distributor for your market, not by us. If you have already been called and the order is in progress, the distributor can resolve it fastest — the adviser who called you has your order number.
If nobody has called you, write to us with the phone number you used and the country page you ordered from, and we will check whether the submission reached the distributor.
